Depending on the scope of the audit, SEM WORKS will dedicate a 3-to-4-day site visit to thoroughly reviewing your existing recruiting strategies and comparing them against best practices for effective recruiting in the industry. By conducting focus groups of prospective students and soliciting feedback from staff on existing practices, we'll help you assess your institution's efficiency and effectiveness. Faculty, administration, and other key constituents will be invited to share their perspectives on current recruitment strategies and their respective involvement in the recruitment process.

SEM WORKS also will provide an evaluation of your recruitment publications, Web pages and other marketing tools with an action plan for greatly enhancing current communications.

At the end of the visit, an executive briefing of preliminary findings is provided on-site. Within 4-to-5 weeks following the visit, a detailed report with prioritized recommendations is submitted to you. Ongoing consulting assistance with planning and implementation is available upon request. Coaching services are also available.
