Institutional Branding

Learn what your image really says about you

The institutional branding project consists of an image study among prospective high school students, their parents, prospective adult learners, and current students along with other constituent groups identified by the client. A competitor analysis also may be included to assess competitor strengths and weaknesses and identify potential market niches. Based on findings from the image study, the competitor analysis, your institution's mission and strengths, and environmental factors (such as demographic and economic trends), SEM WORKS will create a dynamic and thorough branding strategy for your institution.

At the end of the visit, an executive briefing of preliminary findings is provided on-site. Within 4 to 5 weeks following the visit, a detailed report with prioritized recommendations is submitted to you. Ongoing consulting assistance with planning and implementation is available upon request. Coaching services are also available.

Testimonial

"SEM WORKS' publications and brand development work for FSU has been exceptional. Dr. Black has taken the time to understand our current overall brand position, and he is adept at listening and synthesizing and his collaborative style brings together all of our key stakeholders, both internal and external. I am confident that our new publications, brand platform, and sub brands will present a clear, integrated, and compelling case that will cause students to make FSU their first choice institution. We are very excited about rolling out our new publications and brand thanks to the smart work of Dr. Black and SEM WORKS."
